5. Distribution & Platform Control
- Release approval, takedown, and availability depend on third-party platforms.
- We do not guarantee placement, promotion, or ranking on any platform.
- Platform policies may change at any time, and we are not responsible for those changes.
6. Royalties & Payments
- Royalties are generated based on platform reports.
- Payments are subject to platform payout timelines and minimum thresholds.
- The Flyworlds Digital is not responsible for delays caused by music platforms or payment providers.
7. Pricing & Fees
- Distribution plans, fees, and commissions (if any) will be communicated clearly before onboarding.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
8. Takedown & Termination
- You may request content takedown by written communication.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if terms are violated.
- In case of legal disputes related to your content, responsibility lies with the content owner.
